The program designed for total body growth and mainly focused on volume! although you will be getting stronger from month to month progress.

● Chin ups 4 sets of 4-6 heavy , 4 sets of 4-6 LIGHT (20-30% LESS)

● DumBell Bench press 4 sets of 12-15 reps

● EZ bar upright row 3 sets 8-12 reps

● Super set of:

DB shrugs 3 sets of 10-12 reps

DB Biceps curls (to supination) 3 sets of 8-12 reps
